Royalty Home Care in North Vancouver was founded in 2005 by a group of employees who foresaw that the changes the agency they worked for were not going to be conducive to top-quality client care.

We are an independent and locally-owned corporation serving Vancouver's North Shore, covering both North Vancouver and West Vancouver. Our corporation has grown from 5 to 40 employees by staying true to a few simple ideas:

Client satisfaction is dependent upon quality staff
Quality staff requires fair pay, reasonable schedules and a management that responds to their concerns
Above all else, caring staff need to know that their client's welfare is our top concern and that adequate backup and support is there for them if needed

In order to turn these ideas into a reality, Royalty Home Care began with industry-specific software which has allowed us cost-saving efficiencies which in turn, enable us to pay a competitive wage. This software also makes producing and communicating a reasonable schedule less of a logistical problem which in turn, adds to reliability — increasing both client and staff satisfaction.

Royalty Home Care is fully-insured. We have commercial liability, property liability, medical liability, an extended automobile policy, as well as Workers' Compensation coverage. Our office procedures produce accurate billing and payroll in a timely fashion.
